| Building on the strategy outlined in Roots for Growth, the Cluster Leadership Group has been clear about the need to place priorities upon action. These have been identified as:
Cluster activities are generally carried out, under the overall guidance of the Leadership Group, by small focus groups drawn from a very wide range of industries and organisations. The commitment and energy of the individuals involved is acknowledged. Scottish Enterprise, working in partnership with the Confederation of Forest Industries, has been pleased to provide executive and financial support to this effort.
In addition to those identified above, a further action area is that of generally promoting the Cluster, which is done through this website, through the Cluster newsletter News which is published thrice annually (to subscribe, please register on this site), and through organisation of, support for and attendance at a wide variety of conferences, seminars, workshops and other meetings.
