Institute of Chartered Foresters seeks Development Officer for two year post - 29 March 2010
The Institute of Chartered Foresters (ICF), in partnership with the University of Cumbria, is offering an opportunity for a recent graduate or post graduate wanting to develop skills and experience by working on an exciting development project with a professional organisation.
The successful applicant will be involved with working with ICF members, partners and other stakeholders to research, develop and implement a continuing professional development (CPD) programme for professionals in the industry. He/she will look at training needs to improve professionalism and increase employability in the sector.
The two-year post is a Knowledge Transfer Partnership appointment in which the candidate will be supported in their role by a University academic while working full-time at the ICF. The University of Cumbria will employ the post holder.
