Scottish Enterprise are inviting timber-related businesses to register their interest in occupying a small manned space within a Scottish Forest & Timber Technologies pavilion at the Timber Expo in Coventry on 25th and 26th September this year.
Timber Expo is the UK's premier annual event for those involved in the timber sector. Click here for further information
Our aim is to showcase Scotland's capability in offering natural, sustainable timber solutions from design; systems and expertise to component and finished products.
The stand, (B1 & B2) occupying a high profile position, will be clearly branded to promote Scotland's capabilities. Each company will occupy distinct modules within the stand representing a Scottish Forest and Timber Technologies 'community'. There will be an general information desk manned by ourselves and informal meeting area within the open pavilion.
There is likely to be a charge of around £1,200 to participate which will include the design, build and transportation of the modules. Participants would be required to have 1-2 representatives present for the duration of the event and also meet their own travel, accommodation and subsistence costs. We're also looking into the possibility of organising additional marketing opportunities. (TBC). Further details including stand design will be made available in due course, including details of how each module will be branded with participants logos, imagery and information.
