We have successfully "talked the talk" about reducing emissions;
the reality of "walking the walk" has been much harder, with patchy
success in different sectors. This talk will explore what is
stopping us; and what can be done to overcome these barriers, using
a range of case studies including land use.
This seminar will be delivered by Andy Kerr (Director of
Scottish Governments centre for climate change expertise) and will
